Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment or are running late please contact our office by phone or email.

Please note that any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or appointments not attended for assessments of Autism, ADHD or Dyslexia will incur a charge of £100.

Payment
We respectfully request that you pay our fees within 7 days of the date of invoice.
If you are paying with a Health Insurance cover your policy will need to be activated before any sessions can commence.

Authorisation
We may request a third party (e.g. the local mental health team) to share information about you in order to work in a manner that is clinically safe and collaborative.
